Call of Duty has just released the trailer for the new game the hype is already up. The developers revealed the trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, after several teasers and Easter eggs. The trailer has been put up on their official YouTube channel. It shows gives a bit of an overview of the plot of the game and also the release date. The trailer shows the release date to be 13th November and also the upcoming multiplayer reveal. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is up for pre-orders on PlayStation stores and Battle.net.
The teaser trailer of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War shows a mix of some real-life and some in-game footage of the years between 1968 and 1981. The is also a mention of a Soviet agent by the name of “Perseus”. Perseus is a covert agent who has infiltrated Western Intelligence and something big is going to happen which, “could shift the balance of the cold war” as captured from PS5 footage.
The beta version of the game will first be available on PlayStation 4 so that people can pre-book the game. Pre-ordering the game also gives access to a new character called “Woods” in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in the Battle Royale mode, Warzone.
The Official release of the game will be on November 13th. And on September 9, Multiplayer will be revealed worldwide. Also, there are three editions which users can pre-order, standard one-Rs. 3999, a cross-gen bundle for Rs. 4749 and Ultimate Edition for Rs. 6249. It is assumed that the Cross-Gen bundle will allow the users to play on PS4 and also on PS5 which the game launches for it.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available on Battle.net for PC gamers. The Ultimate Edition costs roughly Rs. 6600 and the Standard Pack comes for Rs. 4400. Also, the game will come with the same benefits as for PS users, including open access to the beta version.
